I struggle to believe this person is fooling anybody with those pictures. Thats Michigan? In the winter? With some sort of asain water mark on the photos?

It appears these were the original SEMA photos, done in Vegas maybe. No telling how it looks now.

Hmmmmm. I wonder if it has a clean title? Don't these types of cars have non drivable titles? Not much value if you can't drive it.

so, long story short, I went to high school with 2 kids that owned this. It is NOT in good condition. Last time I saw it, 5 years ago, half the window tint was peeling, paint was cracked blemished all over the place.
Cool concept, total POS now.

I own the car and disagree with you and I don't like your comments. Your no expert, and you should not be talking trash about something you don't know about. Are you talking about the tint on the inside of the windshield which is why the window is so dark in the Vegas pictures? It was not easy to get off and was peeling because its not street legal to have tint on a windshield. So a new paint job means POS in your book? I'd say new paint and a couple blemishes is minor restoration considering people rebuild Ferrari's that have been totaled. Two kids also from your school could not have owned this because there have only been four owners. Did you check the carfax smart guy? The four owners are Ford (as a fleet vehicle), A guy who worked for a Ford Vendor, the kid you say you know (whats his name?) and Myself. The fact that you are talking about the car in my garage means it has value. Figure that one out smartguy.

It has a clean title. This is the only drivable US Auto Manufacturer street legal concept car that I have come across so far to date. There was a 1999 Ford Thunderbird concept that I saw for sale two years ago that was for sale by a museum group for $195,000. It topped out at 35 mph and was not street legal.

I wanted to show the original SEMA photos to show the cars legitimacy and what it will look like again with minor restoration. I added several photos that I took this past fall. The Rage runs and drives great. I have a very extensive write up I can send you if your interested.

Hey this is Brandon, owner of The Rage. I think its great that so many people out there love this car. I know there are a few people with misconceptions out there and I would love to clear them up with anyone interested in more information. I feel like I need to stick up for the car because I'm the only one who knows the truth. All I can say is I have had experts document this car and its known around the world. Are there people all over the internet and world talking about the car in your garage?

The two owners, are correct. The Ford Vendor guy was that first Kids dad and the kid after that did own it (I'm not into naming names of the interwebz). I've been in it, been around it a lot. I'm not blind. I stated facts from what I have seen.

and you might want to discuss how the front bumper got cracked too. I remember when happened and saw it as well.

Your facts are that the front windshield tint was being removed and that effects the car how? To me that showed me it was legit when I bought it, and its not street legal to have a tinted windshield. And you said two kids at your school owned it but now that just changed to the kid and his Dad. Your "facts" are not fact at all because you already changed your story. If you don't have anything nice to say you shouldn't say anything at all. Like your mommy says.

the kid's dad owning it still sits under the kid owning it. good luck with your sale, and for the record, " rebuilding ferraris" is much different than restoring a 1999 taurus. Whole different ball game. Good chat, lad.
Cheers.

How does the kids Dad fall under the kid and how was that a statement of fact again? The point is, you come on a message board with a bad attitude and start saying things that you have no idea what your talking about. Its just sad and annoying people feel they can rant away and say things as statement of Fact that aren't even close to factual. Your not even getting the year right. Its a 1998. Try waking up tomorrow, take a deep breath, and be positive and think positive thoughts. If your really feeling good from there, say something nice to someone. Be the reason someone has a good day.
